Dr Sheikh Mateen Ellahi is a General Practitioner and Primary Care Expert, working as a GP Partner at Elm Tree Medical Centre, the UK’s highest-rated practice on Google. He is also a GP Trainer and the Primary Care Network Lead for teaching, with extensive experience in supervising Advanced Clinical Practitioners and medical students.

As a Primary Care Expert, he is committed to improving services and ensuring safe, effective patient care. He acts as a Primary Care Ambassador within the Integrated Care Board, where he supports collaboration, innovation, and system improvement. He has also worked with NHS England in national roles, contributing to healthcare leadership and governance.

Dr Mateen is the Clinical Director and Clinical Safety Officer at CheckUp Health, including Flame Lily Healthcare. In this role, he leads on clinical governance, patient safety, and service assurance. His leadership supports consistent quality and high standards of primary care delivery.

He holds a distinction in the MBA Global Health from University College London and contributes to strategic development as a member of the UCL school board. He also serves as a senior advisor to a global health policy start-up, shaping policy discussions and contributing to their international podcast series.

Mr Nathan Nagel is a healthcare and life sciences executive with 26 years of experience, 20 of which are at the SME executive board level. His career experience spans bio-pharma, medicine, surgery, medtech, and digital health. He has over 10 years of experience as an international speaker on global TV channels such as the BBC and CNBC. He has guest lectured on entrepreneurship at prestigious Universities such as Cambridge, Oxford, Warwick and is now on the external advisory board of the UCL Global Business School of Health. He is the CEO of the Global Muslim Weight Management Group Ltd and the UK lead for the Society of Physician Entrepreneurs. He holds a BSc in Biomedical Science, an MA in Business Administration, and postgraduate certificates from the LBSA and Harvard Medical School.
